How an engagement runs

We prove the result on a small scope before anything scales, so cost and risk stay low until the numbers are in.

  1. 1

    Discovery

Two to three weeks walking the workflow with your team, checking data access and agreeing the baseline we will measure against.

  2. 2

    Pilot

One or two workflows automated in your own environment, with people approving the output until it meets the agreed bar.

  3. 3

    Scale

Roll out to more desks, sites or product lines, train staff and hand the know-how to people who stay in your company.

FAQ

About these case studies

Straight answers on how we work with clients who want AI transformation.

What does an AI Implementation Team actually do on site?

An implementation lead plus one or two automation specialists embed in your company for 6–12 months. They map costly workflows, choose tools, automate the work, train staff and report hours and cost saved — department by department.

Can we start without opening a new headcount?

Yes. With outsourced hiring, GI Executive employs the person on our payroll (contract, salary, MPF, insurance and HR admin) while they work full-time in your team and report to you.

How is this different from an AI consultancy?

A consultancy delivers a project with its own team and then leaves. The people we place work inside your team, report to you and can be extended or converted to permanent, so the know-how stays with you.

Which industries do you cover?

Banking and fintech, insurance, retail, F&B and hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare admin, professional services, real estate and e-commerce are common starting points in Hong Kong and Taiwan. If your workflow is document-heavy or customer-facing, we can usually scope a first project in the first call.
